The committee is dedicated to presenting a professional and informative day and
is continually looking at new developments to achieve this aim. 
The Expo is operated on a non-profit
basis, with funds subsidising the costs of
running the Expo. With the incredible success of this year's Expo – we are
committed to building on that success - we anticipate that this year the crowd
numbers will exceed 6,000. We have implemented a more aggressive marketing
campaign to raise the profile of the Expo from a Local/District audience to a
Regional/State level.
We are
seeking your sponsorship and support, which will help fund an  extensive and
expanding publicity campaign on Television (Prime), Western (and mid-western)
newspapers serving a population of 300,000 copies and Radio 2WEB, 2PK, 2CR and
2DU with scheduled program announcements leading up to the Expo, creating
enormous exposure for yourself and the exhibitors in rural and associated
industries.

Security




A security guard will be present
on the day.

Insurance




All exhibitors must provide a
copy of current public liability Insurance, complete with policy number, amount
insured for and date of insurance.
